Originally hailed from the Chicagoland area, Oakland based artist, Veronica Leon, is out to make a name for herself in the art world. What began as baby steps in a dream of graphic design, Veronica has grown to specialize in large scale paintings, along with experience teaching others graphic work, painting, and graffiti techniques.

​

Event based work is what peaks her interest most, "because it doesn't carry the monotony that a desk job provides". Wearing many hats and moving around is a thrill within itself which adds to the fruition of each project.

​

With an artistic style that is based more in comic and illustrative work, Veronica not only enjoys diving into any other level of creativity, she strives for it. "Helping others implement their creative ideas is extremely rewarding for me, she exclaims.

​

Inspired by the creativity that different cultures have to offer, Veronica takes advantage of any opportunity to travel and explore creativity. "I think that sort of learning experience is one of the best things in life", although the presence of my roommates' cats keep bringing her back home.
